big mailbox has you setup an MX to point to mailrecv.bigmailbox.com. --
and a CNAME for the webmail part.  these are totally separate.

so it wouldn't be:
@	MX 10 mail
mail	CNAME mailrecv.bigmailbox.com.

but:
@	MX 10 mailrecv.bigmailbox.com.
mail	CNAME sitemail.bigmailbox.com. 

or something like that.
