Reverse DNS Problem

Having a problem where my DNS server locally does reverse lookups without a
problem but does not work over internet. Qwest has assured me that they have
delegated my zone but I'm not sure I believe them..
 
The ip address of the ns1 host is 63.229.97.130. Any help is greatly
