Zone not transferring???

Hi,

We are still stumped.

We upgraded to 8.2.5-REL and put "transfer-format many-answers;" as someone suggested, although I'm not sure what that does. And it
still doesn't work.

I see this in my log file:

03-Oct-2001 00:27:51.000 notify: info: Sent NOTIFY for "gwsystems.co.il IN SOA 2001100101" (gwsystems.co.il); 1 NS, 1 A
03-Oct-2001 00:27:51.000 notify: info: Received NOTIFY answer (AA) from 216.242.16.193 for "gwsystems.co.il IN SOA"

My secondary sees this in his log file:

03-Oct-2001 03:04:54.000 zone transfer timeout for "gwsystems.co.il";
pid 172 kill failed Errcode: 9: Bad file descriptor

03-Oct-2001 03:05:24.000 zone transfer timeout for "gwsystems.co.il";
second kill pid 172 - forgetting, processes may accumulate

03-Oct-2001 05:05:55.000 zone transfer timeout for "gwsystems.co.il";
pid 128 kill failed Errcode: 10035: Operation would block
--

Any thoughts on this?

Gary
