Q:How to query RIPE if a rev. delegation has been made?

Just do a lookup for that reverse zone. For instance if the /24 was
192.168.1.0, try:
	dig 1.168.192.in-addr.arpa ns

I suppose you could email hostmaster at ripe.net or get your ISP to do
that. Or have them check the RIPE database.
