secondary can't do zone transfers

Hi,
thank you for answering, but I have 3 other secondaries ns2, ns3 and
ns4.infi.net -running Bind 4-- that have no problem pulling the zone files
from ns1

Can it be a routing or firewall issue?
I've been searching the mailing list, but all the answers are the same as
yours or very similar.

Please help. I'm running out of time...
