No, you have not set that up. GTEI responds with a reverse record for
4.34.235.184 which is from the 23.4.in-addr.arpa zone. Are you GTEI? Even if
you are, notice that you are responding from the *parent* zone of
235.23.4.in-addr.arpa, not 235.23.4.in-addr.arpa itself. No delegation exists
for 235.23.4.in-addr.arpa; not to your box or any other.

Read Mark's comments again. Fix the problems. Then talk to your upstream
ISP about getting a proper delegation. Just saying "I set that up" isn't very
convincing. Or productive.
