reverse-lookup update problem

Dear All,

I have been trying to setup a reverse lookup at our DNS servers.
Though that the our primary server as well as secondary server are able to resolve
the reverse lookup queries which is mapped on our server but when i query it
from any other server it is unable to resolve the reverse lookup query.
any suggestions...
