bind9 and reverse name lookup

Because classless in-addr.arpa requires support from the parent
zone. Both zones need to be setup, 1.168.192.in-addr.arpa in
this case.
In the 1.168.192.in-addr.arpa the following is required.
96-111 NS pub.domain.com.
96 CNAME 96.96-111
97 CNAME 97.96-111
...
111 CNAME 111.96-111
In the 96-111.1.168.192.in-addr.arpa there are the appropriate
PTR records.
@ SOA ...
@ NS pub.domain.com.
96 PTR ...
...
111 PTR ...
