Delegating on the same DNS server

Window$ XY is just a big bullshit example it is in noway RFC-compliant,
don't compare a flinestone car with a rocket....

and when I remember well Win 2k, you have to create a sub-domain (or
sub-zone) of a currently managed domain/zone, you don't have to create a new
main-domain/zone which is what you are trying right now in BIND!
