Just make sure you apply all the necessary security patches for IIS, NT and
SQL.  Without those you'll get hacked very quickly.

Can someone hack my network if it is behind a proxy?

Can someone hack my network if it is not behind a proxy
but there is a network card for the internet and another
network card for my internal network. This machine
is hooked up to both the internet and intranet, but is 
not running a proxy...just SQL. and IIS.
