can't exec /usr/sbin/named-xfer: Permission denied

	How can you be sure?  Try typing the following command (as root):

		find / -name named-xfer -print

	Then look at all the hits you get back, and make sure that they 
are all actually from the same binary (best method to do that would 
be to check their md5 checksums).
