Zone transfer error

There is no firewall between the two hosts. I ran a "dig +nostats
@bmerh365.ca.nortel.com. rtp.arris-i.com. NS" to see if it recoginized the
domain and it didn't. It has been added to the parent level domain server
"arris-i.com" as a secondary Name Server. I hope this information further
assists in narrowing down the problem.
