The message is from Sun's nscd. It's not from a DNS name server so
you'll need to ask Mr. Sun about the error.
It appears that a reverse lookup of 202.52.99.203 returns qitek.com.tw.
However a forward lookup of that name yields a different IP address.
It actually looks like reverse lookups of every IP address in net
202.52.99/24 return the same hostname, qitek.com.tw. Complain to the
DNS administrator of 99.52.202.in-addr.arpa (jack at infoserve.com.tw) if
you care about this.
