Bind 8.2.3 on NT: nsupdate problems

         Yes, that will cause problems.  On NT 4, it will use the file if it exists and
will not fall back on the registry unless there are 0 nameservers listed. If you
have just one in the file, there'll be a problem.  I just noticed this.  This is for
all platforms.  On NT if there are 0 nameservers or the resolv.conf does not exist
it will try to look at the registry.  On Win2K it cannot since the location of the
IP Addresses has been moved and it's going be difficult to figure out where look.
