sysquery: no addrs found for root NS ()

The message is telling you that your name server can't find the addresses
of any root servers. Unless you show the config files it's hard to say
what the problem is. Perhaps the firewall is preventing the internal
server from sending queries outside or receiving the replies to those
queries.
