RFC compliance levels of different DNS versions

There's probably no one place that has this information, so you'll have
to ask each vendor/implementor what their products support.

FYI, BIND9 supports all the current DNS RFCs. So does 8.2.3 except for
the new stuff for IPv6: DNAME and A6 records, binary labels. You
should not care about other BIND versions because they are dead. QIP
is not a DNS implementation. It's really BIND extended with a flashy
GUI and a database back-end. This is also true of other enterprise DNS
solutions.
