Your best bet is to go to www.google.com or www.dmoz.com and do a search for "free dns" or "dns services" or something like that.  There are plenty of reasonable, free / low cost dns services out there.

I need a company to just host the DNS servers for my domain.  I only have a
few records with minimal traffic.  Does anybody know of a company that will
do that for me for a small price?  I don't need a web server or mail server
or anything like that.  Just a pair of DNS servers.
