Jeff,

Make your old ISP secondary for your zone before you make any changes.  Then
once that has proprogated to the far cornors of the net, make the switch and
plugging in all the new jazz.  As TTL's expire, everybody will have to do
lookups anew, and whamo! ya gots transitions swingn all over the place.
Then all the cats will say cool daddy ... cool.
