If you just want the name to resolve internally, then define one of your
nameservers as master for it, and all others as slave/stub/forward.

If you want the whole world to resolve your domain, then you need to
register it. Type "domain registration" in your favorite search engine
for a whole list of companies clambering to sell you domain registration
services.
