MX Problem?

	The problem here is not the zero ttl.  The fact that you
	could see the MX record proves that that is not the problem.
	This is not to say that zero ttls are a good idea, specially
	for nameservers.

	The problem is that one of the server for noc.ph appears
	to be not configured or the zone has expired and the other
	(HOST.INFINITYMALLS.COM) is not authoritative.
