No. The only way to do that for sure is to look at the server's
configuration file. It's possible that the zone's SOA record
identifies its master (primary) server, but this cannot be
guaranteed. Many people put any old rubbish in the SOA record's MNAME
field even though this has to contain the name of the master server if
dynamic DNS is to work.
