Problem with resolution Domain

I can resolve that name fine, but I'll note that 4 out of the 9 delegated
nameservers for net.ni appear to be lame. Perhaps this is giving some
nameservers problems (especially if they have slow links; maybe they are timing
out the query trying to get a good response).
