Bind 8.22 only listening on Localhost (Win2k)

         Upgrade to BIND 8.2.3-T9B-NT3.  You can get it from:
http://bind8nt.meiway.com/download.cfm

A number of bugs were fixed including the problem of it listening on only one
interface.
