Your server sent a query for something to 213.134.7.164 and received a =
reply.
However, that reply also contained some information in the
'ADDITIONAL SECTION' which was totally unrelated to the query or
proper reply data.

This could be due to a bad nameserver, or to an attempt to poison
your nameserver's cache with false data.

BIND (in the current implementations) will not accept such unrelated
additional data and flags it like shown.
