Delegating XXX.XXX.XXX-in.addr.arpa from telstra

Just wondering if there were any Bigpond direct customers who have managed 
to have telstra delegate their relevant XXX.XXX.XXX-in.addr.arpa from telstra.

I noticed the other day when I used Dlint that
our zone 96.52.203-in.addr.arpa was apparently delegated to ns1 and 
ns4.telstra.net

We do have a zone file for it on our server and No errors appear. with 
restarts etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
