Could someone shed some light on what the CPU numbers in the statistic dumps exactly means? I had problems with my DNS and saw that the CPU number was over 1000. Is this number dependent on the time named was running or is it related to the percentage of CPU usage compared with other processes? I didn't found something about this in the "DNS and Bind" book.
