This means exactly what it says. It is a change from
the default of BIND 8, so BIND 9 is kindly warning you
since you haven't explicitly declared auth-nxdomain one
way or the other.

This is saying your box can't find the IPV6 module. If
this is a linux box putting:
alias net-pf-10 off
in /etc/conf.modules will stop this message.

You have defined logging categories that do not exist in the
version of BIND you are running. Check the documentation
for valid categories.
