upgrading to bind 9.2.0 from 8.2.5 REL

Read doc/misc/migration. In short, if your zone files and BIND
configuration is OK, all you should need to do is install the new
version. If you do not specify any $TTL (or an explicit TTL for each
and every record in all your zone files), you will have to add that.
