Hostname Responds, but not CNAME - BIND 9.1.3

That's the HTTP server.  We're talking about the DNS server.  The HTTP
server is responding fine (I get the "Ender Test" page), but the DNS server
is not.

If named is running, maybe you have a firewall blocking connections.
