Yes. Though the zone file could be updated by hand if Dynamic DNS is
switched off. ie There's only one way of updating the zone in use at a
a particular time. Editing a dynamically updated zone file is
dangerous: what if a dynamic update comes in while the file is being
edited by hand? The results are unpredictable.
