1. It's _probably_ a missing entry in the zonefile (hard to tell when I
can't see it, and don't know the actual domain name). If you don't HAVE an
entry for "domain.com" (no "www") then it certainly won't resolve.
2. Send a copy of the actual zonefile with your post, if you think
that's the problem. It makes answering these questions much easier and
quicker.

im not sure if im asking this correctly...
for example www.domain.com resolves the correct IP
but when i do a nslookup for domain.com without a www no ip is resolved...
is this an entry in the db.domain.com file?
