Prob delegation .com.au domains

I'm having a problem with www.ina.com.au  , they are the registry for
..com.au domains.

I'm running Bind under Debian.
My main domain is wildcomm.net 61.12.26.33

name server is ns1.wildcomm.net  61.12.26.33
name server is ns2.wildcomm.net.au 61.12.26.34
I have a 61.12.26.32/28 subnet
Below is the problem

I can delegate .com  .net domains with no probs in delegation but
I have problems from ina.com.au
when i try the primary as ns1.wildcomm.net the error is

     Name Server ns1.wildcomm.net is a CNAME alias for wildcomm.net (use
wildcomm.net instead)

so I use just wildcomm.net and then get
ns1.wildcomm.net referenced as a NS by wildcomm.net, but not listed

my zone file looks like this
