problem with reverse

Your only problem is that ns3.netsol.com is non-recursive. (It's not
authoratative for 248.218.205.in-addr.arpa so it's returning a reference
to the root servers.)

Everything checks out otherwise. ARIN delegated the class C to C&W, and
CW passes it on to your namserver.
