A clarification of RFC2182 Listed Server

In RFC2181, a listed server may be of either case A or B.  The key is that the
server has an NS record and is authoritative for the zone.  An unlisted server,
even though authoritative, does not have a public NS record.   This is also
known as a stealth server.
