Better yet, post an FAQ to cover these repetitious questions. I would
appreciate this as I'm waiting for BIND-9 and a new edition of Cricket's
book covering same.
Furthermore, you should mention the book under
http://www.isc.org/products/BIND/contributions.html after all it's a
resource too.
