DNS resolves on local server but does not resolve from anywhere else

Well this is you problem. The nameservers listed in the parent
domain do not exist. In fact they are illegal hostnames.
I am supprised that org.uk accepted them.
flix.org.uk. 4H IN NS 194.74.221.78.
flix.org.uk. 4H IN NS 194.74.221.79.
Also one of the nameservers for the zone in the zone is spelled
incorrectly.
flix.org.uk. 1D IN NS ns0.atakcscomputers.co.uk.
flix.org.uk. 1D IN NS ns1.atackscomputers.co.uk.
