The official place to get BIND as BIND from is http://www.isc.org
This will provide you with the source code needed to compile BIND.
However if you are looking for an pre-compiled RPM specific for your version
of Linux (Assumption) then look at you'r linux vendor's web / ftp site for
the latest version they have.
