maximum open files(perm. denied)

Hi!
I just updated to bind 9.1.0b1. I found out that it doesn't change the
userid an now thw following
error.

I cant't understand that because if named runs as root, it should have all
privileges and the directory /var/named as stated in named.conf is owned by
named.
Hoping for some answers:-)
