Problem delegating W2K underscore domains

Oops, I assumed that your parent and child NS'es were identical, which is not
a safe assumption. Mark's supposition -- that the child NS'es consist of only
1 server -- is almost certainly correct, and this is very unlikely to be a
parsing bug. Ignore my previous post/suggestion.
