Hi,

Yes. However due to the complexity of DNSSEC and our interest in getting more
public testing, we're delaying the final release from May 1 until June 30 (of
this year). We'll be releasing another beta in early May instead of the
final.
> What about 8.2.3?
We're intending to release T3B sometime this week, with final due at the end
of the month (assuming no new issues show up in T3B).
> Or will that become 9?
No. BINDv9 is a 100% rewrite of BIND, there is essentially no shared code
between 8 and 9 (which is one of the reasons we want more public testing).
