bind8.2.2p5 - please ignore my previous post

I finally managed to install bind8.2.2p5 after installing the flex*
library. I noticed that my compiled binaries are much bigger than
those distributed by Redhat. For instance, my compiled named is about
1.8mb while Redhat 6.2's is 500k. My compiled nslookup is 1.1mb while
Redhat's is 260k only.

How do I make my compiled binaries smaller like those of Redhat's?
