Primery DNS not autoritative?

After istalling BIND 8.2.2-P5 to Master DNS[213.24.96.234]  machine the
Slave DNS (4.9.6)[213.24.96.233]  don't updated zonefiles. In logfile fined
string:
"named-xfer[4106]: [213.24.96.234] not authoritative for bashnet.ru, SOA
query got rcode 0, aa 0, ancount 1, aucount 0"
