What's wrong with this zone file?

In addition the "addresses" stored in the in-addr.arpa zones are stored as
text rather than numbers so, octal conversions apart
"07.0.168.192.in-addr.arpa" won't be found when someone looks up
"7.0.168.192.in-addr.arpa", the correct translation for 192.168.0.7.
