Reverse delegations.

We are using the reserved 10.0.0.0 network subnetted into /24 addresses
allocating large ranges to our installations. Is there any practical way to
delegate the reverse lookups for a range of addresses -- analogous to using
a bitmask to summarize routing information, or are the reverse addresses
just treated as four-word (six words including in-addr.arpa) names?
In other words, is there any way to delegate 10.64.1.0 through 10.64.20.0
other than doing
1.64.10.in-addr.arpa,
2.64.10.in-addr.arpa,
3.64.10.in-addr.arpa,
..... and so on.
