I appreciate the value of generating diagnostic info when encountering
"impossible" conditions, but it sounded like you folks already had a good handle
on what causes this one, which seems to render the coredumps rather gratuitous.
I hope you didn't take my quasi-rhetorical questions as a cheap shot: they were
meant to be constructive.
(In contrast, I have no problems whatsoever taking cheap shots at Sun :-)
