HELP!: NT -> Linux zone transfer troubles

I was inaccurate in my original post, sorry.
The zone transfer gets me the "SOA" from the primary as_well_as its "NS" and
"A" record.
However these are the only records I get. I don't get the rest of the "A"
records!
"dig <domain> axfr @<NT-box>" gets the same information, but...
nslookup on both machines (using the master server for lookup, obviously I
can't use the slave server) does correct lookups for all the machines in the
domain. And I can log into the NT box and look at all the "A" records!
But they don't transfer!!!
I know I must be overlooking something, but I don't know what else to
check!!!
Thanks again to all who offer help!

What happens if you do "dig <domain> axfr @<NT-box>" on the Linux box? Do
you see all the A records?
