Bad RR on Root Servers

I ran across a situation where the root nameservers have a bogus
glue record for 'ns1.brainstorm.net'.  What's the procedure for
getting this RR fixed or removed?
Is it

  1. Notify hostmaster at brainstorm.net and wish him luck with the
     Network Solutions bureaucracy.

  2. Notify hostmaster at internic.net.

or is there a door #3 that's more appropriate?
