You can't. Even if there was such an option in resolv.conf, it
wouldn't work most of the time. Only the super-user can bind() to port
53, so ordinary users wouldn't have permission to use this port number.
Why no point the resolvers at a local name server and arrange for that
server or servers to pass DNS queries and replies through the
firewall?
