Are you sure you mean resolver?  Do you mean that you want your name 
server(s) inside your firewall to use UDP source port of 53 when sending 
queries to the Internet?  If that's the case, and you've got a BIND 8.x 
name server, add this to your options statement in your /etc/named.conf file:

query-source port 53;
