Classless IN-ADDR.ARPA delegation

Hi folks,

I am trying to fix a Classless IN-ADDR.ARPA delegation and i have a couple of
questions:

I have a part of a C-class net (194.237.126.0-15).
I am trying to put up a name server that is responsible for just that address
range.
